To purchase an item online, click 'Buy Now'. The item will be added to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout to complete your order and buy through paypal. If you wish to remove items or ammend your order this can be done be at checkout, prior to completing payment.

Alternatively, you can print off a copy of an (PDF document) order form and post to Glitter and Hearts with a cheque or postal order, payable to ' V. Roberts'.

Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a confirmation email.
All items are made to order, I endeavour to despatch items within ten days, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. During busy times, lead times may be longer, but you will be informed if this is so. If you are in hurry for items, please contact me BEFORE ordering to see if your order can be prioritised.
Bespoke Items
A bespoke design service is available if you would prefer to have a piece comissioned especially for you or alter a design featured in my shop. Please contact me for details.
Please note that I require a 50% deposit before beginning bespoke orders, with the balance to be paid prior to despatch.
Payment can be made through Paypal or by personal cheque/postal order, made payable to 'V.Roberts'. Please note that items will not be desptached until payments have cleared.

All items are sent out first class and p&p is charged at the following rates:

UK - £2.50

Europe - £6
Worldwide - £10
UK orders over £150 - free p & p/Europe and Worldwide orders over £200 - free p & p
 
  1. All items are handmade.  Variations will occur – the images on this website are representative of the item. 
  2. Orders take up to 21 days from receipt of payment to make and despatch.  If you require items sooner than this, please contact me to arrange prior to placing an order. 
  3. By placing an order you are entering into a legally binding contract. You have the right to cancel this contract within seven days.
  4. Transactions completed with Glitter and Hearts are governed by UK law.
  5. If any items are unavailable you will be offered an alternative. If this is unsuitable, you have the right to cancel your order.
  6. As the items on this website contain small parts they are unsuitable for small children and should be kept out of their reach. 
  7. A 50% deposit is required to secure a commission, the 21 days make time and delivery time does not commence until this is recieved.  Items are despatched on receipt of full payment. 
  8. Refunds are available on ready made goods (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) returned within seven days, unworn and in their original condition, less p&p.  Please note it is your responsibility to return items in adequate packaging. 
  9. Items customised to your specifications and commissioned pieces (excluding earrings) can be returned for a refund. 20% of the total cost plus p&p costs will be deducted.  Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition.
  10. It is your responsibility to return items for a refund in adequate packaging. Any items not returned in suitable packing will be returned and no refund will be given.
  11. If a mistake is made with your order, please contact me and this will be rectified immediately. 
  12. The price of each item represents the materials used.  Any alterations requested may be subject to an additional charge.
